Admin: Facilities

In addition to the stacks and public study areas, University Libraries has dedicated space to accommodate students, faculty, and staff members who require a more private setting to work on group projects or to deliver instruction in a classroom setting.

Group Study Rooms:

The libraries have a limited number of Group Study Rooms in Coe Library and the Library Annex for use by UW Students, faculty, and staff members. These facilities are available in advance by reservations and are subject to the Reservations and Use Policy as outlined by the libraries. Information about reservations can be made in-person at the circulation desk or by phone at 766-3190 (Coe Circulation) or at 766-5165 (Library Annex).

Classrooms:

William Robertson Coe Library has two classrooms available for student instruction. These classrooms are currently reserved for library instruction only and are not available for public use.

Facility Maintenance:

University Libraries strives to maintain its’ facilities to meet the needs of library patrons. Please report any facility damage or maintenance issues to the administration office at 766-3279 or e-mail burek@uwyo.edu.
