This CD-Rom database is an index to the NYPL Dance Collection holdings. It covers all aspects of dance and includes books, periodicals, films, playbills and more. It is located near the Coe Reference desk. Annual updates.

A national service organization for not-for-profit professional dance, this organization seeks to advance the art of dance and address the concerns of the profession. Membership dues for individual and student dancers provides access to a variety of programs.

This is a current, comprehensive guide to a broad variety of theatre and performance resources.
 Artslynx International Theatre Resources
At the top of this comprehensive site is a link to "This Month in Theatre History." The categories include links to acting and performance resources, dramaturgy for scholars, theatre company listings, stage design resources, employment, playwriting, theatre history and more. The site author is a Professor of Theatre Design at James Madison University.
 Dramatists Play Service, Inc.
Useful site for ordering plays. Also includes current listings of Pulitizer and Tony award winning plays.
 International Theatre Design Archive
Compiles many scene designs, costume designs, and lighting designs all searchable by title, playwright, designer and producer.
Performing Arts: Theatre (Yahoo)
