- Library photocopiers are self-service and operate using a WyoOne Card, Temporary Card or cash.
- Disabled users who experience difficulty in making copies may request Circulation staff to make copies for them. Allow 24 hours for this service.
- Copies are 10¢ a page using cash and 5¢ a page using a WyoOne Card or Temporary Card
- Microfiche/microfilm printers (15¢ per page, cash only) and scanners (no charge) are located outside the Audio Visual Library in Coe Basement
- There is a well-equipped disability support services lab in the basement of Coe Library. 766-3783
- Coe - All floors are accessible by the elevator.
- Geology Brinkerhoff – All access to the library is through the circulation desk in the library. To access the basement, staff will assist patrons.
- Learning Resource Center – The LRC is on the second floor, and an elevator provides easy access.
- If the fire alarm sounds, do NOT use the elevator.
- Coe -A ramp on the north side of Coe Library leads to the library's main entrance.
- Geology Brinkerhoff – S.H. Knight Bldg. Rm 121 – the ramp is located on the west end of the building.
- Learning Resource Center – Disabled access is available at the western end of the building, both front and back entrances.
- Two print magnifiers are located on the First floor East of the Coe Library Reference Desk.
- Handicapped parking spaces are located to the north side and in front of Coe Library.
- Additional disabled parking is available throughout campus. Please see the parking map.
- Reference Librarians are available to provide assistance in locating information.

- The Circulation Desk will accept requests to have library materials retrieved from the book shelves for in-library use or check out.
- Patron with disabilities may call the any of the Circulation Desks and request retrieval of titles.
- Available items will be held for user pickup at the Circulation Desk. Coe –766-3190, Geology Brinkerhoff – 766-3374, Learning Resource Center – 766-2527
- Coe - Basement and the First Floor (east side) have wheelchair accessible rest rooms.
- Geology Brinkerhoff – Located in the Earth Sciences Building
- Learning Resource Center – In the Education Building, first floor.
- Coe Lobby near the Circulation Desk. Local calls are free.
- The Reference Desk at Coe – 766-2070.
- Public and student, faculty and staff terminals have 25 to 35 inches of clearance for wheelchairs.
